A global non-profit organization in London is seeking a QA Lead to drive quality assurance across its engineering teams. You will manage a team of QA Engineers, define testing processes, and ensure software quality through automated testing practices. The QA Team ensures the delivery of stable, high-quality software across CDP’s digital platforms. Through a combination of manual and automated testing, performance validation and cross‑squad quality leadership, the QA team ensures our products meet user needs and provide a consistent, reliable experience.
As Lead QA Engineer, you will own and drive the end‑to‑end quality assurance strategy across CDP’s engineering squads. This includes defining best practices for testing, managing the QA team, improving processes, and maintaining a strong focus on automation and performance testing. You will also play a hands‑on role in QA, contributing directly to platform quality while coaching others and providing visibility of quality metrics across the business.

External stakeholders include : External vendors(as relevant to test environments or tools)
