Overview

We’re on the lookout for a QA Analyst to join our web project team. You’ll be at the heart of making sure our projects run smoothly, from testing new features to making sure everything works the way it should before it goes live. You’ll handle business and acceptance testing, keep track of any issues, and work closely with our suppliers to get them resolved.

Booker.co.uk is the UK’s fastest-growing B2B wholesale website, handling around 30% of Booker Group’s sales. Our IS Web team manages everything behind the scenes, from the infrastructure to the apps for all our websites, including our main B2B commerce site and several content-based sites for our brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the web site.
• Monitor system KPIs.
• Generate management information reporting.
• Support delivery of the website/ digital systems roadmap.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with Automation Tools/Frameworks – Selenium, Cucumber, Quantum
• Experience with test management Tools – JIRA, Xray, Selenium Open Source
• Experience with continuous integration tools – GitHub, Azure DevOps
• Experience with analysis of requirements and creating and tracking requirement coverage
• Experience of working with 3rd Party Suppliers and Vendors
• Experience of implementing process improvement across the Software Development Lifecycle
• Knowledge and understanding of web site analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Experience of using system performance tools such as Datadog and Google Analytics
• Pro-actively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with team members
