A leading public services company in Warrington is seeking a Purchasing Assurance Administrator to ensure the integrity and compliance of purchasing data. This role involves detailed analysis, stakeholder engagement, and supporting continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and is proficient in Microsoft Excel. Location: AASC, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 7PB
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Hybrid Working: 3 month probation will be 5 days office based then the role will be Hybrid, 2 days home-based, 3 days office-based
Salary: £25,461.00 per annum + Excellent benefits
The key purpose of the Purchasing Assurance Administrator is to support the purchasing function by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of purchasing data. The role involves detailed analysis of procurement data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or risks, and escalating findings appropriately to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement. The role also involves building strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support excellent service delivery across the contract and wider business.
