A manufacturing client in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time Purchasing and Sales Administrator to manage quotations, invoices, and customer queries. As a vital part of the proactive team, the candidate will monitor stock levels and ensure product availability. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in administration and strong organizational skills. Compensation is £13.35 per hour, with structured working hours from Monday to Friday.
Our successful and established manufacturing client is looking for a full time, temporary to permanent Purchasing and Sales Administrator to join their forward thing and proactive team.
As part of your role, you will be raising quotations, replying to customer queries and demands and making sure all is order with invoices. You will also be discussing stock levels, and working with the sales team to monitor stock levels and product availability, as well as answering general enquiries through other departments and from the general public.
