Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Ledger Clerk at JAMES JAMIESON CONSTRUCTION LIMITED in our Ellon office.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk - The role
  • responsible for raising purchase orders, matching delivery notes and invoices.
  • Monthly reconciliation of statements, chasing copies of any missing invoices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to clarify any purchasing / invoice queries.
  • Analyzing purchase invoices to ensure validity
  • Management of phone calls and emails

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.
