Qualifications

• Experience in managing the end-to-end procurement process from pre sourcing to contract management.
• Experience working within the public sector with public sector regulations.
• Experience in stakeholder and supplier engagement, building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Determine the appropriate commercial strategy for project requirements.
• Draft strategy plans and commercial management plans.
• Ensure all contracts adhere to procurement regulations and Government policy.
