Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR role or able to demonstrate effective case management and employee relations support.
• Excellent communication skills with resilience, empathy and assertiveness; solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with report writing, investigation and data analysis/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage grievance cases from initial concern to resolution.
• Undertake thorough, impartial investigations and prepare investigation reports.
• Provide HR advice to managers on workplace disputes and formal grievance processes.
