Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading public sector business by recruiting two HR Advisors on a 12-month temporary basis. The roles are based in Exeter with hybrid working.

You will handle complex ER cases, grievances, conduct investigations, coach managers, and undertake field-based work in the Exeter area. The role pays £17.97 per hour plus holiday pay.

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading public sector business, that are currently seeking 2 HR Advisors to join them on a temporary basis for 12 months.

This role will be based in Exeter, and offers hybrid working.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of £17.97 per hour plus holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with complex ER cases, specifically around grievances, including completing the full investigations
• Coaching managers and senior leaders regarding the investigation and outcomes
• Undertake field-based work around the area
