Job summary

Spinwell Global Limited is recruiting for an HR Ops Support Administrator based in Exeter, with two roles available. The role offers hybrid working after a training period and involves processing attendance, probation and leavers within the HR lifecycle, while delivering excellent customer service to staff and volunteers.

You will join a supportive HR team, handle inquiries by face-to-face, phone and email, and manage allocated processes with precision and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills or prior experience in an administrative role; proficient with MS Office and data entry.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Team player who collaborates well within a busy HR team and supports colleagues.
• Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to Officers, staff and volunteers on employment lifecycle processes.
• Manage lifecycle tasks such as attendance, probation, leave, and leavers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle inquiries via face-to-face, telephone and email, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Support HR processes; you will be allocated a specific portfolio and complete training before operating more independently.
