Job summary

Databricks in the UK is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new public sector business across UKI, building strategy with buying centres and delivering value through the Databricks Data + AI Platform.

You will engage executives, leverage AI-enabled research, and partner with teams to close complex deals while advancing adoption of cloud data analytics solutions in government and allied public organisations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing new business in public sector accounts.
• Experience navigating public sector procurement frameworks and mechanisms.
• Background in cloud software, data and AI spaces.
• Ability to articulate business outcomes and ROI to executives.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategies to engage all buying centres across UKI and accelerate deals.
• Leverage AI tools for research, planning and deal execution.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver customer value.
• Articulate the consumption narrative and position against competitors with clarity.
• Drive adoption of Databricks platform to deliver business outcomes in public sector contexts.
