Responding to and investigating service requests, primarily around noise and nuisance, while tackling other environmental concerns. Using your expertise to advise, assist, and enforce legal standards under key legislation such as the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Control of Pollution Act 1974. Conducting site visits, gathering evidence, and preparing legal notices to uphold community safety.
A proactive professional committed to delivering high-quality services. Strong investigative and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet published service standards.
