To be suitable for the Nurse Advisor role at Lloyds Clinical, you must be an active Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration. You should have clinical experience in relevant specialties, with a strong foundation of clinical knowledge and expertise. Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers, as you will need to build rapport and trust with both patients and caregivers. Strong organisational skills are required to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. You must also have a comprehensive understanding of relevant healthcare laws, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements, particularly in documentation and maintaining patient confidentiality.
