A leading educational recruitment agency in England is seeking a PRU Class Teacher to work with secondary aged students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Blackpool. The role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, collaborating on Education Health and Care Plans, and supporting students with challenging behaviors. The position operates on a supply basis and offers a daily salary of £140 to £200, depending on experience and qualifications. Vision for Education are recruiting for a PRU Class Teacher for alternative provision settings in Blackpool to start in January 2026 on a supply basis.
The role will be working with secondary aged students, supporting with pre-planned English, Maths and other pre-planned subject areas. As an PRU Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting and facilitating the educational and social development of students with SEND and SEMH needs and challenging behaviours in an alternative provision setting.
This PRU Class Teacher role is an opportunity to work in incredibly welcoming college provision with some wonderful young people within Blackpool (FY3). The role will entail working with young people with SEND and SEMH learning needs including autism, ADHD and moderate learning needs, alongside challenging behaviours and barriers to learning.
