Based in Glasgow's vibrant West End, Partick Housing Association is financially sound and one of the best performing housing associations in Scotland.
We are currently assisting them to recruit a skilled and experienced Property Services Manager. They are looking for someone who will manage our Property Services team and provide informed direction on reactive repairs cyclical maintenance and associated works. You will be a key member of the Management Team, working at an operational level with other managers from across the business and at a strategic level with the Leadership Team and the Board to drive forward Partick Housing Association's vision, values and business strategy.

You will have excellent communication, people and professional skills and be a team player with a positive attitude. You will have proven experience in the areas of reactive repairs cyclical maintenance and contract management, legislative and Health & Safety requirements.
