Our client is a successful award-winning, multi-branch independent agency based in Medway, who is looking for a new Property Manager Team Leader to join their established team. Working hours for the Property Management Team Leader are:
  • 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday
  • No Weekends

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of at least 3 Property Managers.
  • Direct daily team activities, set priorities, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Oversee tenant move‑outs, inspections, deposit handling, and preparation of properties for new occupancy.
  • Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage circa 640 unit from the branch.
  • Running the day-to-day operations of the team.
