Overview

Property Manager / Senior Property Manager - London (Hybrid) - up to £60k. Our client is one of the fastest growing, multi-award-winning employers in Property Management with a reputation for bespoke solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a key portfolio of 7 sites from London to Woking, two of which are HRBs; High Rise experience is essential.
  • Work on a hybrid basis, reporting into a West London office and visiting sites as required.
  • Ensure all aspects of the portfolio are delivered in accordance with client and resident expectations, providing an accountable, transparent and high-quality service.
  • Undertake the full range of duties from budgets to insurance provision, regular inspections, and major works, with a particular focus on HRBs to ensure immediate and ongoing compliance with current and evolving safety legislation.
  • ATPI / IOSH preferred; thorough understanding and practical application of the Building Safety Act essential.
  • Demonstrate thoroughness, transparency, accountability, and quality as core values in line with the company culture.
  • Operate within a non-corporate, independent-practice environment that offers bespoke solutions for valued, cooperative clients.
  • Provide scope to manage staff and progress within the business on a structured career path based on performance/merit.
  • Maintain a stable career history with a proven track record undertaking the full range of duties.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property management with comprehensive duties.
  • Experience managing HRBs/high-rise properties and ensuring compliance with safety legislation.
  • Building Safety Act knowledge; ATPI / IOSH preferred.
Salary & Benefits

Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and qualifications, likely between £50k-£60k to start, with additional earning potential through bonuses/commission payable on new business directly tied to networking.
