Job Description
  • As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for tenant relations, including marketing properties, screening applicants, managing lease agreements, and addressing tenant concerns and requests.
  • Responsible for property maintenance, ensuring regular inspections, repairs and maintenance.
  • Responsible for managing rent collections, managing budgets and reporting.
  • Responding to any emergencies and addressing urgent issues that may arise.
Person Specification
  • Proven background working as a Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Real Estate or similar role is essential.
  • Understanding landlord‑tenant laws and other relevant regulations is crucial for the role.
  • GCSEs at C or above (or equiv) in Maths & English.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Must be a car driver.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management.

Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 37.5 hours

Salary: £28,000 to £32,500 Per Annum
