The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving and dynamic dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), rent recovery, possession and forfeiture claims, enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants, beneficial interest disputes, and party wall matters. Experience in construction-related disputes would also be an advantage. You will be encouraged to actively contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the ongoing growth of the team.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with between 5 and 10 years’ PQE and a solid grounding in property litigation work. You will be commercially minded, a confident communicator, and able to deliver exceptional service to clients while building and maintaining strong relationships. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision. A flair for networking and business development is key, as is a proactive approach to contributing to the continued success of the department.
