Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency is seeking a Solicitor to join a fantastic law firm in Birmingham City Centre within the Residential Litigation Department. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of post qualification experience and knowledge of relevant laws such as the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985/1987. This permanent role offers a salary range of £50,000 to £70,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience within relevant areas.
• Familiar with leases and enforcement of judgments.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases in Debt Recovery.
• Handle breach of lease situations.
• Assist clients with FTT Applications.

• A working knowledge of Civil Procedure rules – familiar with leases and enforcement of judgments
• MUST be familiar with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985/1987 (Long Leasehold)
