New Business Coordinator

Are you looking to work in an exciting and growing department?

The role of New Business Coordinator based in our Fulham Broadway office will will include the following:

  • Building and nurturing client relationships, as well as supporting internal stakeholders
  • Being part of a fast paced, results driven and competitive environment
  • A varied approach of business generation activities with the overall goal of increasing market share in any given area where we operate.
  • Supporting our network booking quality Market Appraisals for our teams to win new instructions.
  • Managing and organising a large database of internal data.
  • Proactively sourcing new properties via different streams including property portals/social media etc.
  • This role will give enable you to become an expert in the property market!
Qualifications & Experience

The successful New Business Coordinator based in Belgrave Square will have the following attributes;

  • Efficient and well organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident with a professional approach
  • Ability to buildroscope relationship and rapport with both internal colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent standard of communication
  • Have a good level of IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to work well in a pressurised office environment and with a team
