Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands to recruit a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive legal team and handle a varied caseload.

Role
  • Position: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer
  • Rate: Up to £60 per hour umbrella
  • Duration: Initial 3 months with the likelihood of extension
  • Location: Remote working
  • Hours: Ideally full time, but part-time will be considered
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a mixed caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, licences and easements
  • Advise on regeneration-related work as required
  • Option to undertake residential property work if desired, though not essential
  • Provide clear, timely and pragmatic legal advice to the Council
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with strong commercial property experience
