Service Care Legal are working with a well-regarded law firm based in Kent who are looking to recruit a full-time Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at 1 year PQE in property law who is confident managing their own caseload and eager to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and land matters.
• Liaising regularly with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients, simplifying complex issues where necessary.
• Handling all aspects of financial management, including quotations, billing, and collection of client monies.

Candidate Profile

• Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 1+ years PQE in residential property.
• Demonstrated experience of running your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
