Overview

Property Consultant

Spicerhaart Corporate Sales is the specialist Asset Management division of the Spicerhaart Group. Based in Blackpool, we manage and sell properties for a wide variety of corporate clients throughout the UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing properties proactively, in line with client service level agreements.
  • Liaising with clients in line with our customer service standards, always aiming for fairness and transparency.
  • Coordination with external parties to obtain information, documentation, and progress properties.
  • Reviewing information from third parties and creating recommendations based on supporting evidence.
  • Recommending solutions to problems and communicating them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responding to communications promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Ensuring IT systems are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored and maintained correctly and all communications recorded to give a clear audit trail.

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm, (no weekends or Bank Holidays).
