A local government body in the UK is seeking a Projects and Improvement Manager to lead complex projects and enhance service delivery. You'll work collaboratively across teams and with community stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities. This role offers a blend of remote and office-based working, along with an excellent benefits package including a generous pension scheme.
We are looking for a Projects and Improvement Manager to join the Policy, Project and Improvement team. You will be expected to work across the Council, engaging with individual colleagues, teams, elected members, residents and other stakeholders to support the effective delivery of the Council Plan priorities.

This is a permanent full-time appointment, primarily based at Enfield Civic Centre, London EN1. Flexible working requests will be given consideration.

You will need excellent communication skills and strong project management experience. You will have strong knowledge of innovative approaches to transforming services in local government and their practical application. You will be able to influence, negotiate and persuade peers and more senior stakeholders to pursue desired courses of action that will help deliver projects, enhance services and fulfil corporate priorities.
