Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and SharePoint.
  • Experience in managing and analysing project data using internal systems.
  • Knowledge of contractor management and CDM regulations.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety requirements in a project delivery context.
  • Flexibility to travel across multiple sites within the Midlands.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Overview

Project Support Officer - Construction/ refurb - Birmingham Airport - Salary to £32k.

Based near Birmingham Airport, this role will provide proactive and dynamic support to a multi-faceted Project Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects across a multi-site estate. You will act as a central point of coordination, data management, and administrative support, contributing to the successful execution of schemes and compliance with health, safety and contractor management standards.

  • Bar/Restaurant Refurbishments

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Team in delivering multiple schemes, collaborating with departments and supporting engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain the Project Team SharePoint site and provide accurate data using company systems to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Monitor contractor activities, ensuring adherence to company standards, CDM regulations, and Health & Safety policies.
  • Manage PO submissions and provide logistical support.
