A regional health authority located in Cardiff is seeking a Project Support Officer. The role involves supporting various projects and partnership processes, maintaining databases, and analyzing data. We are seeking 2 project support officers who love working with people and finding ways of helping them to demonstrate the difference that their services are making to service users. These are fixed term positions until the end of March 2027 and could be offered as secondments if your line manager is agreeable.
The Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board works with organisations and individuals from across our region driving an exciting and ambitious portfolio of programmes to make a real difference for people in our communities. We seek 2 team players with administrative and organisational skills together with a real heart for social change to support a range of programmes - this might include anything from supporting our service developments for babies, children and young people, working with unpaid carers and people with lived experience of learning disabilities, or helping us deliver exciting changes to community-based services for older people.

To work in support of the Regional Partnership Board taking responsibility for the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of projects and lead responsibility for administrative support vital to maintain and develop a variety of programmes within the Partnership's portfolio. The post holder will develop close working relationships with local authority leads, health managers, education management staff, third sector and other community partners and be able to represent the Regional Partnership Board at relevant internal and external meetings. In doing so they will develop specialist knowledge (through education/ training) as required to support the delivery of key aspects of the delivery plans.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 15 months to meet the needs of the service.

The Regional Partnership Board team is hosted by Cardiff and Vale UHB but works on behalf of the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Local Authorities in addition to the UHB, WAST and a range of third and private sector partners.
