Job summary

thyssenkrupp Elevator seeks a Project Supervisor to manage a regional portfolio from our Belfast office, reporting to the Head of Projects. You will supervise New Installation and Modernisation engineers, ensuring safe, quality-driven, cost-effective project delivery and strong customer relations.

You will oversee site activities, liaise with Credit Control, manage variations, and drive health & safety compliance across projects in Ireland, with regular travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in engineering/manufacturing/construction.
• Experience in an operational capacity within a high-volume production environment.
• Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to travel.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proactive and organised.

Responsibilities

• Monitor metrics and support achievement of targets across Ireland region.
• Supervise New Installation and Modernisation teams; conduct reviews and safety visits.
• Ensure works comply with policies, standards and customer specs.
• Prepare and submit project documentation and manage variations and handovers.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and support profitable project delivery.
