Job summary

thyssenkrupp Elevator in the London Infrastructure division seeks a Health, Safety Environmental and Quality Manager to supervise on-site HSE and ensure legal compliance across projects. This on-site role reports to the HS2 Project Director and drives HSE performance during installation and high-risk activities.

You will lead HSE processes and training with the UK Head of HSEQ, carry out risk assessments and investigations, and coordinate with site teams to embed ISO45001 and environmental

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification at level 3 or higher.
• Experience with ISO45001 audits and HSE management systems.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and accident investigations (RCA).
• Proficient IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily on-site HSE presence during installation and high-risk activities.
• Lead HSE processes and training across site activities, including goal setting and reporting.
• Drive continuous HSE improvement and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Provide technical HSE expertise to facilities and site teams, including hazard identification and risk assessment.
