Job summary

TK Elevator GmbH in Belfast seeks an experienced Project Supervisor to lead New Installation and Modernisation teams, ensuring safe, quality-driven and cost-effective project delivery. You will monitor performance metrics, coordinate engineers, and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding company policies.

The role requires excellent communication, initiative and organisational skills, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Supervisor role.
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing or construction environments.
• Experience with high-volume production is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational metrics and support achievement of performance targets.
• Supervise New Installation and Modernisation Engineers with monthly meetings and safety reviews.
• Ensure works comply with policies, procedures and working practices.
• Visit customers to discuss requirements, provide updates and monitor satisfaction levels.
• Own and resolve customer complaints per internal processes.
• Oversee engineer timesheets, holidays and night call rota schedules.
• Prepare CPPs, Method Statements, Quality Plans and Programmes for approval.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and report re-estimates.
• Ensure snag-free project completion and handover to Service team.
