£40k–£46k London, SE1
Are you an ambitious mid‑level structural engineer who is a driven and creative problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude? Interested in working for a business where future equity/profit share could be yours?
This role would suit a design‑led candidate who enjoys working on a wide variety of projects. Schemes generally go up to £25m in value and include UK and international work. Projects include staging and film sets, exhibitions, high‑end bespoke residential, industrial and logistics work for big‑name clients and top names in the retail industry. Projects are often one‑off schemes which involve a caring, collaborative and thoughtful approach.
As a structural engineer you will run projects, deal with sensitive clients and help mentor more junior staff. The firm plans to continue expanding over the next few years. They currently employ 12 staff and aim to grow to around 30.
People are very important to the ethos of the firm. They work in a trust‑based environment where individuals really count, staff turnover is very low and a happy workplace with a good work/life balance is considered important to all. The firm is very flexible and offers a generous holiday allowance.
