Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor to manage planned maintenance projects across social housing in West Yorkshire and Manchester. You will be responsible for budgeting, subcontractor management, and ensuring compliance with contracts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social housing and strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts. This position offers a salary up to £60k, company car or allowance, and a hybrid work model for better work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a QS within social housing or planned maintenance.

This includes kitchens, bathrooms, and external eco works - projects that truly make a difference to communities.
