We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact technology projects, from food management, ticketing and event management platforms to EPOS rollouts and new digital applications, ensuring they land smoothly in fast-paced, live operational environments.This role is ideal for a hands-on technology project professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes, confidently navigating IT governance, and acting as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners. You’ll take ownership of plans, milestones, risks, and budget tracking, keeping delivery on time, within scope and commercially on track while building trust with internal leaders and client stakeholders.What You’ll Do:Take full responsibility for the definition, documentation, management, and successful completion of technology projects. Provide effective leadership to project teams, ensuring performance and delivery within agreed tolerances. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities from project initiation to transition into business-as-usual, including resource scheduling and risk management. Select and apply appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2), tools, and templates. Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and deliverables; manage dependencies and interdependencies. What You Bring:
Essential:
  • Holds a recognised project management qualification (e.g., PMI, APM, AgilePM, PRINCE2).
  • At least 5 years’ experience in full lifecycle project or programme management, including technology/infrastructure/software projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, software and tools.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in customer requirements analysis and translating to operational/functional specifications.
  • Experience supporting business development and mobilisation planning.
  • Knowledge of financial management and budget tracking.
Desirable:
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Experience implementing ERP or other large-scale business systems.
  • Full driving licence and valid passport.
