We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact technology projects, from food management, ticketing and event management platforms to EPOS rollouts and new digital applications, ensuring they land smoothly in fast-paced, live operational environments.This role is ideal for a hands-on technology project professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes, confidently navigating IT governance, and acting as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners. You’ll take ownership of plans, milestones, risks, and budget tracking, keeping delivery on time, within scope and commercially on track while building trust with internal leaders and client stakeholders.What You’ll Do:Take full responsibility for the definition, documentation, management, and successful completion of technology projects. Provide effective leadership to project teams, ensuring performance and delivery within agreed tolerances. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities from project initiation to transition into business-as-usual, including resource scheduling and risk management. Select and apply appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2), tools, and templates. Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and deliverables; manage dependencies and interdependencies.
