Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced Engagement Manager in the UK to lead large ServiceNow projects, providing technical leadership across delivery teams and designing scalable workflows aligned to client objectives.

You will conduct workshops, validate deliverables, coach junior staff, and apply AI to streamline processes while guiding customers through future-state architectures and high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and platform workflows.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS and PMP/Prince II.
• Leads large and complex engagements and delivery teams with technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures aligned to customer objectives, integrating AI into workflows.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions applying AI.
• Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality and customer value realization.
