Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead to steer large engagements and provide technical leadership across customer programs. The role emphasizes designing scalable ServiceNow workflows, managing integrations, and guiding delivery teams to align with long-term customer objectives.

You will conduct workshops, drive AI-enabled process improvements, and ensure high-quality deliverables while mentoring Engagement Managers to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services / ServiceNow project management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform and ITSM/ITOM/ITAM.
• Proven ability to lead large delivery teams and provide technical guidance.
• Experience designing scalable ServiceNow workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex engagements and delivery teams.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures.
• Conduct workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and generate insights for strategic initiatives.
• Review deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers to ensure high-quality customer value realization.

• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
