Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced ServiceNow Program Lead to drive large, complex engagements. You will oversee delivery teams, design scalable workflows and architectures, and guide integrations, testing and documentation.

You will mentor Engagement Managers and ensure alignment with customer objectives, leveraging AI to streamline processes and generate insights for strategic value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and Platform workflows and integrations.
• ServiceNow Certifications CSA/CAD/CIS.
• PMP and/or Prince2 certifications.
• Ability to lead large, complex engagements and delivery teams with technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical architectures aligned to long-term objectives and AI integration.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Review and guide technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement for solution quality and value realization.
