Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks a senior ServiceNow Engagement Leader to drive complex projects from design to delivery in a client-facing role. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, craft scalable ServiceNow architectures, and integrate AI-enhanced workflows to meet strategic objectives.

In this role, you will facilitate workshops, validate deliverables, and mentor managers to ensure high-quality customer value realization. On-site in Southampton, UK, with a focus on end-to-end delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services / ServiceNow project management.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows.
• Proven design of scalable ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
• Delivery leadership for large, complex engagements aligned to customer goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex engagements and delivery teams with technical guidance.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures.
• Coordinate workshops, assess current processes and shape future-state solutions.
• Review and validate technical deliverables, including integrations and testing.
• Coach Engagement Managers and drive solution quality and customer value realization.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Project Management, ServiceNow Platform, ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / Platform workflows, Solution Design, ServiceNow integrations.
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS).
• PMP/Prince II certifications.
• Leads large and complex engagements and delivery teams while providing technical leadership and guidance to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives and integrating AI into work processes, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions applying.
• AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support strategic initiatives under guidance.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
