Job summary

Vallum Associates in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead professional services engagements and delivery teams. You will design scalable ServiceNow workflows, drive ITSM/ITOM/ITAM initiatives, guide integrations, and mentor Engagement Managers, with a focus on AI-enabled processes and high-value customer outcomes.

Candidates should hold PMP/Prince II and ServiceNow certifications, plus CSA/CAD/CIS, and have 8+ years in ServiceNow projects.

• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
