Candidates should bring 8+ years in ServiceNow project management with certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS) and proven PMP/Prince II credentials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Proficient in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows; capable of designing scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience in leading large engagements and providing technical leadership to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex engagements and delivery teams while guiding customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term objectives; integrate AI into processes.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes and define future-state technical solutions.
• Review, guide and validate deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation.
• Coach and mentor engagement managers to drive solution quality and value realization.

• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
