Job summary

Vallum Associates in Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Programme Lead to oversee large, multi‑disciplinary engagements, guide delivery teams and provide strong technical leadership to customers.

You will design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures, integrate AI into work processes, run workshops to define current and future states, validate configurations and integrations, and mentor Engagement Managers to maximise value and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, and platform workflows.
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS.
• PMP or Prince II certification.
• Leads large, complex engagements and delivery teams with technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures, integrating AI into work processes, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state solutions applying.
• AI tools to streamline workflows and support strategic initiatives under guidance.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagements while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
