Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks a senior ServiceNow engagements leader to guide large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams. You will design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures, integrate ITSM/ITOM/ITAM processes, and leverage AI to streamline decision-making and operations.

Responsibilities include workshops to map as-is processes, defining future-state solutions, reviewing technical deliverables, and mentoring engagement managers to maximize customer value and solution quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services or ServiceNow project management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform including ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications CSA/CAD/CIS.
• PMI/Prince2 certifications.
• Ability to lead large, complex engagements and delivery teams.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures aligned to long-term objectives.
• Conduct workshops to assess as-is processes and define future-state solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and support strategic initiatives.

• AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support strategic initiatives under guidance.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
