Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead to oversee large, complex engagements and guide delivery teams. You will design scalable workflows, architect platform solutions, and drive AI-enhanced improvements across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM domains.

Applicants should hold ServiceNow certifications along with PMP/Prince II and CSA/CAD/CIS credentials, and be adept at workshops and stakeholder alignment. Leadership and engineering excellence are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Project management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform and ITSM/ITOM/ITAM workflows.
• Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS; PMP/Prince II certifications.
• Leads large engagements and delivery teams, providing technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures; integrate AI into processes.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support initiatives.
• Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers to drive solution quality and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ServiceNow delivery engagements and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow workflows and platform architectures.
• Oversee integrations, testing and technical documentation to ensure quality delivery.
• Guide customers on AI-enabled process improvements and decision-making.
