Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead complex professional services engagements and guide delivery teams. You will design scalable workflows and integrate AI into processes to drive customer value and long-term objectives.

The role requires ServiceNow certifications, PMP/Prince II, and a proven ability to workshop with stakeholders, validate technical deliverables, and mentor Engagement Managers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow project management experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS.
• PMP or Prince II certifications.
• Leads large and complex engagements with delivery teams and provides technical guidance.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures with AI integration.
• Facilitate workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and support strategic initiatives.
• Review and validate technical deliverables and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers to ensure quality and value realization.

• Project Management, ServiceNow Platform, ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / Platform workflows, Solution Design, ServiceNow integrations.
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS).
• PMP/Prince II certifications.
• Leads large and complex engagements and delivery teams while providing technical leadership and guidance to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives and integrating AI into work processes, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions applying.
• AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support strategic initiatives under guidance.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
