Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks a senior ServiceNow project manager with 8+ years in professional services to lead large engagements and guide delivery teams on ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, including integrations and platform design.

You will design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures aligned to customer objectives, integrating AI into work processes and decision-making, while guiding technical delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services / ServiceNow project management.
• Certified in CSA/CAD/CIS and PMP/Prince2.
• Experience leading large delivery teams with technical guidance.
• Ability to design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leads large and complex engagements and delivery teams with technical leadership and customer guidance.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives, integrating AI into processes.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement to drive solution quality and customer value.
