Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced ServiceNow project leader to guide large delivery teams for professional services. You will drive platform workflows, design scalable solutions, and oversee integrations and testing, ensuring high-quality documentation and customer value realization.

The role requires 8+ years in ServiceNow project management, with certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS) and PMP/Prince2 preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform, ITSM / ITOM / ITAM, and platform workflows.
• Professional certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS; PMP or Prince2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex engagements and delivery teams with technical leadership to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to customer objectives.
• Integrate AI into work processes, drive workshops, assess current-state and define future-state solutions.
• Review, guide and validate deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers to ensure solution quality and customer value realization.

• Leads large and complex engagements and delivery teams while providing technical leadership and guidance to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives and integrating AI into work processes, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions applying.
• AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support strategic initiatives under guidance.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
