Job summary

Vallum Associates in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale delivery across ITSM, ITOM and ITAM. You will guide engagements from discovery through implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and architectural standards.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, certification, and a proven ability to manage diverse teams while integrating AI-driven insights into workflows and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services / ServiceNow projects management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and platform workflows.
• CSA/CAD/CIS certifications.
• PM/Prince II certifications.
• Ability to lead large, complex engagements and delivery teams.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures aligned to client objectives and AI integration.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state solutions including AI usage.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex engagements with delivery teams while providing technical leadership to customers.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associates, driving quality and value realization.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures aligned to long-term objectives and integrating AI into processes.
• Conduct workshops and define future-state technical solutions.
