Job summary

You will provide technical leadership, design scalable workflows, guide integrations, and apply AI to streamline processes while coaching engagement teams. The role requires certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS) and 8+ years of experience to drive client value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Proven track record in ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, and integrations.
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS desirable.
• PM/Prince II or equivalent certifications.
• Leads large engagements and delivery teams with technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures aligned to client goals.
• Facilitates workshops and defines future-state solutions.
• Applies AI to streamline workflows and decision-making under guidance.
• Reviews deliverables and mentors engagement teams for quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex ServiceNow engagements with delivery teams.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical architectures.
• Guide integrations and testing, ensuring quality documentation.
• Conduct workshops to assess current-state processes and future-state design.

• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
