Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced ServiceNow project leader to drive large, complex engagements. You will oversee delivery teams, align technical solutions with client objectives, and ensure governance and quality across the project lifecycle.

Key focus areas include platform workflows, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, system integrations, and incorporating AI into service delivery. PMP/Prince II and ServiceNow certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience managing professional services / ServiceNow projects.
• Proven ability to design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures.
• Strong governance, risk management and customer-facing leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex engagements and delivery teams with technical guidance for customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned to long-term customer objectives.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Project Management, ServiceNow Platform, ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / Platform workflows, Solution Design, ServiceNow integrations.
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS).
• PMP/Prince II certifications.

• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives and integrating AI into work processes, decision-making and problem-solving.
