Job summary

Vallum Associates in the United Kingdom seeks a senior ServiceNow Project Manager to lead complex ServiceNow engagements, driving delivery teams and providing strong technical leadership.

You will design scalable ServiceNow workflows, oversee integrations and testing, and mentor Engagement Managers while ensuring solutions align with long-term customer objectives, including AI-enhanced processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services / ServiceNow project management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platforms: ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA/CAD/CIS.
• PM/Prince II or PMP certification.
• Leads large and complex engagements with delivery teams and technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures aligned to client objectives.
• Conduct workshops to assess as-is processes and define future-state solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and support strategic initiatives.
• Review and guide deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and docs.
• Coach Engagement Managers to ensure quality and customer value.

• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
