Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead in the UK to manage large professional services projects and guide delivery teams.

You will design scalable ServiceNow workflows, oversee ITSM/ITOM/ITAM implementations, and drive customer value with innovative AI-enabled solutions. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on integration experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services or ServiceNow project management.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS and PM certifications (PMP/Prince2).
• Ability to lead large delivery teams and guide customers.
• Experience designing scalable workflow solutions and integrating AI into processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex ServiceNow engagements and delivery teams.
• Define future-state architectural solutions and design scalable workflows.
• Review deliverables, tests and documentation; ensure quality and value realization.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and ensure customer value.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Project Management, ServiceNow Platform, ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / Platform workflows, Solution Design, ServiceNow integrations.
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS).
• PMP/Prince II certifications.
• Leads large and complex engagements and delivery teams while providing technical leadership and guidance to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives and integrating AI into work processes, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions applying.
• AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support strategic initiatives under guidance.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
