Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Program Manager to lead large, complex engagements across professional services. You will guide delivery teams, design scalable workflows, and align solutions with long-term customer objectives while integrating AI into work processes.

The role requires strong leadership, technical governance, and the ability to mentor Engagement Managers to maximize customer value and success in ServiceNow programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services / ServiceNow project management experience.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications CSA/CAD/CIS and PMP/Prince II.
• Leads large, complex engagements and delivery teams with technical guidance.
• Designs scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures with AI integration.
• Conducts workshops and defines future-state technical solutions.
• Applies AI tools to streamline workflows and generate insights.
• Reviews and guides technical deliverables and documentation.
• Coaches and mentors Engagement Managers to drive quality and value.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives and integrating AI into work processes, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions applying.
• AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support strategic initiatives under guidance.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
